These are bulk resistors but not all values were in my kit
These were bulk resistors so that matched expectations but I was missing several values in my kit although I did have the correct total number of resistors. I had bought this kit looking for one specific resistor value for my project and sure enough that value (which is listed on the overview) was not included. I ended up putting two resistors in parallel to match the target value. After finding the one value missing, I went through the entire kit and found several values that were supposed to be included were in fact missing. The total number of resistors was correct, but some of the values were doubled up. The resistance value printing can be a bit difficult to read on the packaging.

Had three values missing, but I can live with that. Seems that all assortments are usually short or have extras of some values. Overall though, a great value.

Resistor color markings are very thin and some colors blend into the background color. Wire are very small diameter.

Not accurate within 20%
When you cannot even make a resistor that is at least within 20% of stamped value, why bother to be in business? Plus as mentioned by others, some values are missing in packaging. Return to sender is the best path forward on these items.

Good value, bit messy
Came with every value said, maybe 2-3 of them come with 9 or 11 resistors, but comes in a bag which will need to be organized.

What I got
I wanted to rebuild some classic electronic pieces so an assortment package was what I needed.I took meticulous inventory, made an organizing tray for storage and took notes of what was in the package.All values were sent and were the brown-bodied units pictured in ad. Values are printed on the paper holding the strips together. However, I received 2 extra strips of resistors and each extra strip plainly did not match the printed value on the paper strip. Those 2 mismarked strips were did not match the color bands on the resistor itself. I used a VOM to sample verify and all was good except for those mismarked, extra/duplicate strips. It appears to be a packaging slip-up.As long as the end user verifies the values before installation (not relying on printed value on paper band/strip, all is good. it’s a useful collection at a fair price. Some tech’s don’t like the blue-bodied units sold by the competition (they don’t look as nice). Remember, anyone buying a 1000 piece, 1/2 watt resistor assortment is going to enjoy cataloging and storing the pieces anyway, because that’s who they are.

Ok, resistors…
I had a couple sets of values marked the incorrect value so make sure you look at the resistors and test them etc.Also, not sure about the 5% percent tolerance, as a lot of the resistors values I’ve used were off a little too much. Seems like 10% tolerance would be more accurate.In my opinion these are good hobby resistors, but I don’t think I’d use them for more serious/pro application situations.

Nice range of resistors but packaging of them, was horrible
I like the amount of resistors given but they were all over the place, it took me some time to sort them out. Some had the numbers cut off, some were hard to read, and a few had no number printed. It would’ve been easier if you had at least put them in order.

Some mislabeled, but working great!
So far the resistors have been working great for my hobbyist needs. a few are mislabeled (for example I received two packs labeled 15R instead of 15R and 15K). Instead of going by the labels I suggest knowing the color code of the resistor you’re looking for or organizing them yourself when you receive them.

Good deal
For the price, this is a good deal. I did receive 100 unique values, 10 of each. Each value was clearly labeled. One value, for whatever reason, wasn’t printed mechanically like the others but was handwritten instead, very legibly. All were stuffed into a Ziploc bag with no room to spare… which when you think about it, makes perfect sense for shipping as there was no way they could shuffle around and come loose from their strips. Just exercise care when removing them from the bag.All are 5% tolerance and 1/2 watt as the description states.

Over half the values of resistors were missing from the packet.
As the title suggests. Upon receiving and counting the resistors, I found that over half of the values were missing all together.

a good value
They were very inexpensive, and the ones I have used so far have been accurate, but the leads are very thin, like the lead wire for 1/4 W resistors. OK for PCB projects, but hard to get a clean lead dress in a vacuum tube or point-to-point project.

Quality Resistors in a Jumbled Mess
This is a good assortment of resistors, and a good value. I randomly tested a dozen or so, and they were all well within tolerance – probably less than 1%. So that’s great.But the description says, “ Sorted by value, you don’t have to sort them, so it saves you time and labor.” I knew they wouldn’t arrive in a box, but I expected them to be sorted by value. They arrived as four groups tightly squeezed into one Ziploc sandwich bag. I carefully removed them, so I wouldn’t mess up the “sorting.” It turned out, they were entirely random – 15 ohm next to 360K resistors. No order at all. So it’s definitely not going to save me any time or labor.The other criticism – and some may say this is nit-picking – but the value of the group of ten resistors is printed in the center of the top strip of paper. By the time you use the first five of any value, you’ve lost the value marking. Why not print the value on the far left or the far right of the strip? That’s what I’m going to do after I sort them. So much for saving time and labor!That said, the quality appears to be excellent.

I resistori sono arrivati nel solito pacco amazon dentro una busta di plastica. Sono solo 10 per tipo ma ci sono quasi tutti i valori di utilizzo comune ed anche di più. Consigliato per farsi una scorta.
